Hey, I’m Isadora one of the members of Sarcastic Shark Clouds, the creators behind Shredded Secrets.

I am here to tell you about my experiences at Girls Make Games. First of all, you should know that I am pretty antisocial and would much rather spend my time watching Youtube or scrolling through Tumblr.

So I went to GMG because my Mom discovered the camp while looking for an activity which would get me off the couch for part of the summer.

I didn’t have high expectations but the camp was fun. I didn’t have a lot in common with my teammates but I think that is why the game works, I much prefer writing the narrative for games while they preferred doing level design and the art.

I am almost the complete opposite to most of them but teamwork makes the dream work y’know. There were a few people with more similar interests there but I, as I mentioned above, I am antisocial so I didn’t really talk much with them but we did end up making a religion (All Hail Large Father), it’s a long story.

In the end, it was a nice experience and I came out with a game being made but even if I didn’t have that happen it still would have been a good time.
