Girls Make Games 2018 Summer Camp Round Up
Over 160 girls designed and programmed video games at GMG’s 5th season of summer camps, making it our biggest summer yet! Throughout the 3 weeks, girls between ages 8–17 paired with mentors and worked in teams, learning concepts ranging from Game Programming (Stencyl and Unity), Design, Art & Audio Engineering, and created a team game at the end of 3 weeks.
But why just talk about it..when we can SHOW you!
Check out this fun interview video to hear what our campers think of making games!
A huge Thank You to our host venues: PlayStation, Microsoft, Unity, Google, Computer History Museum, Smashing Ideas, Research Triangle High School, Headwaters School and Lesley University!
